1. Privacy at a glance
General notes
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject can be found in the privacy policy listed below.
Data collection on this website
Who is responsible for data collection?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Contact details can be found in the section “Information regarding the responsible party” of this privacy policy.
How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected, on the one hand, when you provide it to me — for example, by sending an email or making a phone call. Other data is collected automatically by the IT systems of the host when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system, time of page access, IP address). The data is recorded automatically as soon as you enter this website.
What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. If you contact me by email or phone, the transmitted data is processed to handle your enquiry and any pre-contractual matters.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to demand the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to demand restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
You may contact me at any time regarding this and any further questions about data protection.
2. Hosting
IONOS
The provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (hereafter “IONOS”). When you visit this website, IONOS records various log files, including your IP address.
For details, please see the IONOS privacy policy: https://www.ionos.de/terms-gtc/terms-privacy.
The use of IONOS is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of this website. To the extent that consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
Data processing agreement
A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with the above-named provider. This is a contract required by data protection law that ensures that the personal data of website visitors is only processed in accordance with my instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
3. General notes and mandatory information
Information regarding the responsible party
The party responsible for processing data on this website is:
Oliver Voss
Interim Manager
Vorbeckweg 74
22607 Hamburg
Germany
Phone: +49 173 286 27 38
Email: ov@olivervossinterim.de
Storage duration
Unless a more specific storage duration is mentioned within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with me until the purpose of the data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified deletion request or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless other legally permissible reasons exist for storing it (e.g. tax or commercial retention periods); in the latter case, deletion will take place after these reasons no longer apply.
SSL/TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar. With SSL/TLS encryption activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.
Right to information, correction and deletion
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, and, where applicable, the right to correction or deletion of this data.
Right to lodge a complaint
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
4. Data collection on this website
Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website — for which the server log files have to be recorded.
Enquiries by email or phone
If you contact me by email or phone, your enquiry, including all personal data resulting from it (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by me for the purpose of handling your concern. I will not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on my legitimate interest in effectively handling enquiries directed to me (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), if requested; consent can be revoked at any time.
Communication via WhatsApp
This website offers you the option of contacting me via the messaging service WhatsApp. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“WhatsApp”), a subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc.
If you contact me via the WhatsApp link offered on this website, you will be redirected to WhatsApp servers. Depending on your device and WhatsApp configuration, personal data (in particular your phone number, profile picture, online status and the content of your messages) will be processed by WhatsApp. Transmission of data to the USA and other third countries cannot be ruled out.
Data processing by WhatsApp is carried out on its own responsibility within the framework of the WhatsApp privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea.
Insofar as you contact me via WhatsApp, I process the data transmitted to me solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your legitimate interest expressed by your active contact (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) or, if your enquiry aims at concluding a contract, Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
If you do not wish your data to be processed by WhatsApp, please use the alternative contact channels (email, phone).
Cookies
This website does not currently set any of its own cookies and does not use any tracking or analytics cookies. Should cookies be integrated in the future, you will be informed in advance and asked for consent where applicable.
5. Fonts and tools
Locally hosted fonts
This website uses locally hosted fonts for the consistent display of text, served directly from the web server (IONOS). No connection is made to external font providers such as Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts or comparable services. When a page is loaded, the required fonts are loaded exclusively from this website’s server. Your IP address or other personal data is not transmitted to third-party providers in connection with fonts.
The use of locally hosted fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of this website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
Note: This privacy policy is current as of October 2026. If material changes are made to hosting, tools used or data processing, this policy will be updated accordingly.
